Product details on this website come from the manufacturers' own published information. Manufacturers change their ranges, specifications and packaging from time to time, so the details that apply to a purchase are the ones confirmed in our quotation for it.
Prices shown on this website are for reference. The price you pay is the one in our written quotation or invoice for your order.
The Order Desk and the Wires BoQ tool let you sign in. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself: orders placed from your account are treated as yours. We may close an account that is used to misuse the site.
Placing an order on the Order Desk sends us your requirement. It is not yet a sale. We reply with a quotation that sets out the price, availability and lead time, and the sale is agreed only when you accept that quotation and we confirm it. We may decline an order.
This website does not take payments. Payment terms, delivery or pickup, any transport and carting charges, and the delivery date are set out in our quotation for each order. Products are checked at the time of delivery or pickup, as described in our Returns Policy.
Returns, and how they are settled, are covered by our Returns Policy. Accepted returns are settled by credit note, as that policy describes.
Products we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms.
Results from our online tools, such as the Wires BoQ, the wire comparison and the pipe counter, are planning aids. They do not replace a design or quantity take-off checked for your site by a qualified electrical engineer.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
