The contact form asks for your name, mobile number, and email, plus an optional company or role and your message. If you reach the form through a brand link, the brand of interest is carried along too. This reaches us as an email to our office inbox; it is not added to any marketing database.
Our careers and empanelment forms collect the details you enter, contact information, and whatever professional or company details the form requests, so we can assess and respond to your application.
These tools let you create an account. You can register with your email, or sign in with Google, in which case Google shares your name and email address with us so we can create the account. We store the requirement lists, carts, and bills of quantity you build, tied to your account, so you can return to them.
Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs, your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these to operate the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. The email we receive from the contact form also records the sender's IP address and a timestamp.
We do not run web analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no ad network, and no cross-site profiling.

The site runs over HTTPS. Account and enquiry data is held on our hosting with access limited to the people who need it, and the private data files sit outside the public part of the site. We rate-limit the forms to blunt spam and automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.
This is a business and professional website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
