This policy explains how Shreetuvis Technologies Private Limited ("Shreetuvis", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through shreetuvis.in. It is framed around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. By using this website or sending us your details, you agree to the practices described here.
We only collect information you choose to give us, and the technical details a website needs to run. Depending on how you use the site, that includes:
The contact form asks for your name, mobile number, and email, plus an optional company or role and your message. If you reach the form through a brand link, the brand of interest is carried along too. This reaches us as an email to our office inbox; it is not added to any marketing database.
Our careers and empanelment forms collect the details you enter, contact information, and whatever professional or company details the form requests, so we can assess and respond to your application.
These tools let you create an account. You can register with your email, or sign in with Google, in which case Google shares your name and email address with us so we can create the account. We store the requirement lists, carts, and bills of quantity you build, tied to your account, so you can return to them.
Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs, your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these to operate the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. The email we receive from the contact form also records the sender's IP address and a timestamp.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are read and how far, how visitors arrive (search, a link, typing the address), which features are used (searches, tools, adding items to a list, contact buttons), the type of device and browser, and the city or region. Google Analytics does this with cookies and sends these details to Google, which processes them for us. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with what you enter in our forms. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We do not run advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to tell
one visit from the next. You can block or delete them in your browser, or turn Google Analytics
off with Google's opt-out
add-on. The Order Desk and the Wires BoQ tool also set a small number of essential cookies,
the ones that keep you signed in and hold your session together. These are necessary for those
tools to work. We do not use advertising cookies.

When you submit a form or create an account, you consent to us processing the information for the purpose described at that point. No consent box on this site is ticked in advance. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, by writing to us at contact@shreetuvis.in. Withdrawing may mean we can no longer provide the related service (for example, we cannot keep your account open without the account details).
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks. We share it only in these limited ways:
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires, after which we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information or close your account at any time (see Your rights).

To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request, so that we don't disclose your information to anyone else.
The site runs over HTTPS. Account and enquiry data is held on our hosting with access limited to the people who need it, and the private data files sit outside the public part of the site. We rate-limit the forms to blunt spam and automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.
If a breach of security affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
This is a business and professional website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Accounts and orders are for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date shown with this policy.
For any question about this policy, a request under Your rights, or a grievance about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer. We respond to every grievance within 90 days, the limit the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 set.
