Promoters and directors are postgraduates in the relevant fields of engineering, commerce, and economics. The engineering staff is graduate / diploma holders in required engineering streams and hold requisite supervisor licences from the relevant government authorities. The senior-most engineering experience at Shreetuvis was earned designing high-voltage transformers and substations from the late 1980s onwards, then carried into forty years of EPC contracts across hospitals, IT, industrial, retail and institutional sectors.
The senior-most engineer at Shreetuvis holds a B.E. and M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from VRCE (now VNIT), 1986. The career began at Voltas Ltd, designing Power and Distribution transformers from 100 kVA to 10 000 kVA, in 11 and 33 kV class, Package Substations up to 1 000 kVA with cast-resin transformers were designed as early as 1987. Thereafter the career continued at General Electric Company of India (GEC) as marketing and service engineer dealing in Industrial Motors, Switchgear and Transformers.
Today he is a Certified Energy Auditor of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Govt of India, and a Chartered Electrical Safety Engineer with the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Govt of Maharashtra. Forty years of executed EPC contracts cover IT companies, hospitals, food industry, cold storage, plastic and paper industry, Power Generation, retail stores, analytical testing laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, automobile workshops, large commercial and residential complexes, hostels, and more.
Shreetuvis runs two lines of business, both delivered from the Nagpur office, so owners, project managers and contractors coordinate with one practice instead of stitching together separate agencies.
