Engineering and design, before construction starts.

We start with the drawings: SLDs, panel general-arrangements, distribution layouts, earthing and ELV plans. From there we coordinate with the project's mechanical, plumbing, fire and networking agencies, from concept to commissioning.

What we draw

Eight drawing categories, produced, revised and archived.

Every category below is on the in-house drawing register. Each project's drawings carry revision numbers, approval signatures, and a clear path from design intent through GFC (Good-for-Construction) to as-built.

DWG / 01

Single Line Diagrams

LV and HT SLDs from incomer to last DB, with fault levels, protection coordination, busbar ratings and neutral handling all called out.

DWG / 02

Panel general-arrangements

LT main panels, distribution boards and control panels: front view, internal layout, busbar arrangement, cable entry, IP rating.

DWG / 03

Power & cable distribution

Cable schedules, tray and conduit routes, glanding details, panel-to-panel interconnection, lift / pump / HVAC feed paths.

DWG / 04

Earthing & lightning protection

Earth-pit count and placement (IS 3043), GI strip routing, equipotential bonding, lightning conductors and down-conductors.

DWG / 05

Lighting design & illumination

Lux calculations, fixture schedules, circuiting and switching plans, coordinated with the architectural intent for the space.

DWG / 06

ELV layout drawings

CCTV camera placement and cable runs, access-control loops, fire-alarm device layout (smoke, heat, MCP, sounders), structured cabling.

DWG / 07

Substation & transformer foundation

Civil foundation layouts for outdoor and indoor substations, oil-pit, soak-pit, rail gauges, MSEDCL submission drawings.

DWG / 08

As-built drawings

Close-out package handed over to the owner: what was actually installed, with red-lines reconciled.

MEP coordination

The other agencies on site, and what we coordinate with each.

A project moves forward when every agency on site can read each other's drawings cleanly. Shreetuvis handles these coordination interfaces as standard practice.

AGENCY / 01Mechanical & HVAC
Chiller-plant motor loads, AHU and FCU power feeds, VFD coordination, condenser-water pump motors, interlocks for fire-mode operation.
AGENCY / 02Plumbing
Pump motor loads (lift booster, fire pump, sewage), water-heater feeds, lift-pit drainage interlocks, sensor-tap power supplies.
AGENCY / 03Fire & life safety
Fire-alarm panel, sprinkler-pump start/stop interlocks, supervised circuits, smoke-extraction fan power, emergency-light circuits, MCP locations coordinated with egress.
AGENCY / 04Networking & security
Server-room load, structured-cabling rack power, UPS sizing for IT, CCTV / access control / intercom circuits integrated into the ELV scope.
AGENCY / 05Structural
Slab thickness and load-bearing for panel rooms, embedded conduit coordination with rebar layout, transformer foundation rebar.
AGENCY / 06Architectural
Switch and socket positions coordinated to room intent, fixture types and finishes, panel-room locations, surface vs. recessed DB choices.
Sample · drawing register

How we document a project.

Every project carries a drawing register: the index that tracks every drawing produced, its revision, its approval status and the workflow from concept through GFC (Good-for-Construction) and AFC (Approved-for-Construction) to as-built. The drawings themselves are project-confidential, so what is shown below is the register format.
