Township-scale electrical infrastructure for the Abhijit Realtors portfolio: seven 630 kVA transformer substations plus a 315 kVA addition, HT and LT panels, cable laying and switchgear. Across the wider Abhijit Realtors estate, the practice has executed 27 transformer substations (200 to 315 kVA) with HT and LT panel work.
Complete electrification of the Shankarnagar showroom, designed for the demands of premium jewellery retail: stable power quality for display lighting, load planning coordinated with the interior fit-out, and clean termination at every visible point. The practice has also executed Batukbhai's Dharampeth showroom with a 200 kVA dry-type transformer substation and APFC.
State-of-the-art engineering training centre for the Bajaj Institute of Technology, completed 2025. Scope covered LT panels, cable trays, internal wiring and lighting, UPS distribution, and full coordination with civil, ELV and HVAC contractors through testing and commissioning. The BIT campus is also served by a 630 kVA transformer substation and hostel/residential electrical works delivered separately by the practice.
Electrical works for the FIITJEE coaching institute at Law College Square on W.H.C. Road, Nagpur, executed via Neev Promoters and Developers. Tight commercial-fit-out timelines and lighting designed for classroom-grade visual comfort.
An 800 kVA transformer substation paired with complete electrification of the Kataline manufacturing facility: substation, panels and plant-wide distribution, designed and commissioned by the practice in-house.
Complete electrical, HVAC and fire-alarm systems for the Micropro Software office at VIPL IT Park, with open development bays, cabins and conference rooms all on a coordinated load and lighting plan. The practice has also delivered Micropro's Khare Town and Zenda Chowk offices.
Complete electrical works contract for one of Nagpur's leading eye-care institutions at MIHAN SEZ. A 315 kVA transformer substation and the building's electrical distribution. Delivered as a turnkey contract, and later audited under the practice's electrical safety audit programme.
Complete electrification of an industrial facility in SEZ MIHAN: main panels, LT distribution, street lighting, internal wiring, and integration with HVLS fans for ventilation and thermal comfort. A 2025 contract.
A stone-crushing and aggregate plant running heavy crusher, conveyor and screening motors: a motor-dominated, inductive load that pulls power factor down under continuous operation. The practice supplied the 1000 kVA transformer substation, the LT distribution panels and automatic power-factor correction (APFC) sized to hold power factor across the plant's switching motor load.
