A government-recognised electrical safety audit, conducted on site over 4 to 6 weeks, delivered as a compliance report with corrective recommendations. Performed by a Chartered Electrical Safety Engineer registered with the Government of Maharashtra, and a Certified Energy Auditor of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India.
Each audit is scoped to the installation, but the lines of inspection below are common to every report. The output is a compliance document the facility owner can hand to insurance, regulators, or the next consulting electrical engineer.
Compliance with the Electricity Act 2003, Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations 2010, and relevant Indian Standards.
Substation, transformer condition, HT panels, VCB / SF6, LT main panel, distribution boards, cable routing, busbar joints and neutral handling, checked visually and with instruments.
Earth-resistance measurement (Megger), pit condition, GI-strip integrity and equipotential bonding, to IS 3043. Recommendations for re-earthing where readings are out of range.
MCB / MCCB / RCCB sensitivity, breaking capacity vs. fault level, selectivity / discrimination check, IR (insulation-resistance) tests on cables. The work that makes sure protection actually clears a fault when it happens.
Fire-alarm panel, supervised circuits, emergency lighting, escape-route illumination, fire-pump supply and smoke-extraction interlocks, all checked against the project's fire scheme.
Findings document, photo-evidenced observations, prioritised corrective recommendations, time-bound action list. A re-audit and verification visit after corrections is included in the engagement.
Eleven completed audits across stadiums, hospitals, education, industrial and institutional clients:
The audit report is signed by a Chartered Electrical Safety Engineer registered with the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra.
Every audit finding that names a number (earth resistance, insulation resistance, lux level, leakage current) is backed by a reading taken on a calibrated instrument.
The signature on the audit report carries each of these licences. Numbers are stated so a regulator or insurer can verify against the issuing authority's register.
Sector, building size, approximate sanctioned load, and when the installation was last inspected. We'll scope the audit, propose a timeline (typically 4 to 6 weeks) and quote.
