Indoor and outdoor substations, oil-cooled and dry-type transformers (11 / 0.433 kV, 33 / 11 kV), 11 kV metering cubicle (MSEDCL approved), HT VCB / SF6 panels, MSEDCL drawing submission and sanctioned-load documentation.
16 / 14 SWG CRCA sheet-steel panels, aluminium busbar (0.8 A / sq mm), 25 kA fault rating, ACB (up to 1600 A) main incomer, 4-pole MCCB with LSIG microprocessor-based protection on outgoings, surge protection, UV / OV / Neutral-fail relays, kWh + multifunction metering, lockout-tagout (LOTO).
Legrand Ekinox³ and Hager Novello+ / Aptis+ DB families, sized from small residential SPN through floor-distribution and wing-distribution. MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs from authorised stock, with protection coordinated to the panel above.
3-run 1.5 / 2.5 sq mm Cu FRLSH flexible wires in ISI PVC conduits (MMS), for primary, secondary, two-way light and fan points. Modular switches and sockets (6 A / 16 A / 25 A) in Legrand Myrius, Mylinc and Arteor, on authorised stock.
Earth pits per IS 3043 (chemical / GI / copper-bonded), GI strip grid, equipotential bonding, lightning protection. Final Megger / IR / earth-resistance tests, MSEDCL inspection / EI follow-up, as-built drawings and handover.
